Where every figure comes from
We only publish figures we can back up. Here is the source of each one, and what it proves and what it does not.
< €7 per golfer attracted
Advertising spend of Costa Daurada Golf’s low-season campaign (November 2025, €8,000) divided by the 1,200 golfers from the target market who came to the destination; 30 of them came directly through the campaign.
What it does not prove: The indirect impact (1,200) counts all golfers from that market, not only those attributable to the campaign. The reference spend (€352 a day) is the average for foreign golf tourists according to the Economic Impact of Golf in Spain 2024 study (IE University, AECG and RFEG).

What it does not prove: It measures the work done, not the hours saved.

Golfers from a Swedish national tour met in person at the destination’s stand on the course.
